I have just completed upgrading Freedom IT's website CMS to Joomla 1.5 (.9, to be exact!). And took the opportunity to change the 'look' too. It doesn't seem that much different from Joomla 1.0 (to use) but once I have a poke around I'm sure I'll find some 'nice' changes.Updated the Freedom IT Website CMS
